Most major drug manufacturers run patient assistance programs (PAPs) that ship prescription medications free to uninsured Americans below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level ($60,240 single / $124,800 family of 4 in 2026). Approval typically takes 10-21 days and covers 12 months at a time.
